Quickest salad you can do for a light dinner.
Serving size: One bowl
To make a small bowl, you will need:
- Lettuce (1-2 green leaves if iceberg lettuce, 2-3 green leaves if romain lettuce)
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 small Tomato
- 2 Tablespoons Labneh (Strained Yoghurt)
- 1 Tablespoon Zaatar (Thyme)
- Oil (as much as you want)
- Salt (as much as you want)
- Something crunchy like Soya sticks, or croutons to top at the end
