Labneh Salad

Quickest salad you can do for a light dinner.

Serving size: One bowl

To make a small bowl, you will need:

  •  Lettuce (1-2 green leaves if iceberg lettuce, 2-3 green leaves if romain lettuce)
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 2 Tablespoons Labneh (Strained Yoghurt)
  • 1 Tablespoon Zaatar (Thyme)
  • Oil (as much as you want)
  • Salt (as much as you want)
  • Something crunchy like Soya sticks, or croutons to top at the end
