Oven Baked Salmon Fillet

I’m not really a fan fish like my parents are , but this dish is realllyyyy good and I can happily eat that and share with you the recipe 😉

You should know that this is one of the easiest, delicious salmon dishes you can ever do! You’ll only use these 8 ingredients (you probably half most of these in your kitchen/kitchenette)

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Potato slices
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Rosemary

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. You do not wash the salmon fillets… and it would be better if they were de-skinned.
  3. Slice a small lemon into circles (to top the salmon with).
  4. Prepare a mixture of olive oil and garlic for dressing.
  5. Line your baking pan with aluminum foil so that it makes it really easy for you to clean 😉
  6. Line the bottom of the pan with potato slices to keep the fish from sticking… and you get baked potatoes with your fish 😛
  7. Place the salmon on the potato slices.
  8. Add the dressing (oil and garlic).
  9. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
  10. Sprinkle some rosemary for an amazing taste.
  11. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and pop them into the oven.
  12. Bake them for 20 minutes then BROIL for 2-3 minutes just to make their top a bit red. Then they are ready to be served 🙂
