With just 80 calories per cup (instead of 130 calories processed juice), this strawberry-banana smoothie is full of antioxidants and vitamin C that will boost your energy and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go 🙂
Serving size: 550 ml (around 2.5 cups)
Calories: 200 calories (80 cal/ cup)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Skimmed milk (or any but I used skimmed milk to reduce the calorie intake)
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries (unsweetened)
- 1 small-sized Banana
- 2 Tbsp Sugar (Optional). Sweeteners (Stevia) could be used instead to reduce the calorie intake
Directions:
- Simply add all the ingredients to the blender and mix well.
